DEEP FRIED SHAN TOFU

    I found your site while I am visiting another burmese web site.I think your presentation of food are superb!I am from LA and about 2 months ago,I am craving for Fried shan tofu and I orderd and tried from a shop and what a disappointment!! it was totally different from the one I ate in burma.the constistency is thick and smell had fresh pea.I want to try it myself and have no idea how to.Your photo looks great and hopelly receipe same.Will you share it?
