I am Chinese Burmese (I was born in Burma and left the country when i was 6 mos old) But, i always have a speical connection with Burma. love the food (especially the Monhinga and coconut chicken noodles-those are my mom's signature dishese when inviting friends for meal). I always look for new Burmense recipes.
